Residential Tile Roofing in Southwest Florida
Concrete and clay tile roofs that handle heat, wind, and rain, and look right on a Florida home.

Tile is built for Florida. Concrete and clay tile resist heat, shed heavy rain, and hold up to wind better than most materials, which is why so many homes here wear it. We install new tile roofs, replace worn ones, and repair cracked or slipped tiles.
Tile is heavier than shingle, so the structure underneath matters. We check the deck and underlayment carefully, because on a tile roof the underlayment is usually what fails first, long before the tile itself.

Common questions
How long does a tile roof last?
The tile itself can last 50 years or more. The underlayment beneath it usually needs replacing around the 20 to 25 year mark, which is the most common tile roof service we perform.
Can you replace the underlayment without replacing all my tile?
Yes. On many roofs we can lift and reset sound tile, replace the underlayment, and reuse most of the original tile, which keeps the look and lowers the cost.
My tile is discontinued. Can you still repair it?
Usually. We source close matches for color and profile, and we keep salvaged tile from other jobs for exactly this reason. We'll show you the match before installing it.
