What we did

We started with a full inspection of the existing roof and decking, then sequenced the work to keep the office suite open and usable. The old material came off, the deck and flashing were checked and repaired where needed, and the new roof and underlayment went on. We protected the landscaping and parking areas during tear-off and hauled every bit of debris away when the job was done.
