The project
This luxury lakefront home in Miromar Lakes, Estero needed a full tile roof replacement. The before images show the tear-off in progress; the after shows the finished roof.
What we did
This was a full tile replacement. We stripped the old roof down to the deck, replaced the underlayment that does the real waterproofing on a tile roof, and laid a new tile roof matched to the home's Mediterranean style. The result is clean, watertight, and built to last.
Why tile roofing in Miromar Lakes, Estero
Miromar Lakes is a luxury lakefront community in Estero where tile is the standard, both for its Mediterranean look and its durability. Concrete and clay tile resist heat, wind, and pests and can last 50 years or more, while the underlayment beneath typically needs replacing around the 20 to 25 year mark, which is the most common tile service we perform.
